MTA - Our Ministry

Our ministry involves sharing the gospel, discipleship and teaching. (See the About Us page.)
In looking at this web site you may notice that dinosaur tracks play a prominent role in our ministry.
Not only are dinosaurs fun, they attract people, they help us teach about Genesis,
and dinosaur tracks lead to conversations about the gospel.

The following scripture are some of the verses that guide our ministry:

Our ministry is to DO Matthew 28:19 & 20.
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."

"When I say to the wicked, 'O wicked man, you will surely die,' and you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but his blood I will require from your hand. But if you on your part warn a wicked man to turn from his way and he does not turn from his way, he will die in his iniquities, but you have delivered your life." - Ezekiel 33:8 & 9

We are the watchman. God has given us the task of warning people that they are headed for death. Not just physical death, but spiritual death in the lake of fire. Are you doing this?

"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." - Genesis 1:1

This is one of the most important verses in the Bible. God created everything, including us. That means He owns everything, including us. We are accountable to God.

"Therefore we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us..."
2 Corinthians 5:20

We have been made into a new person and we have the good news (gospel) about savation through trusting in Jesus Christ. God has chosen us as His ambassadors to bring this good news to the world, going and making disciples.

"For this reason I remind you to kindle afresh the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline."
2 Timothy 1:6 & 7

We should go in boldness, love and discipline. How can we say we love, if we are not willing to tell people about the coming judgment? This does not mean going out and thumping people with a Bible. That's not loving. We are to be humble, loving, gentle and caring.
